Terms of Delivery

Deliciosa Oy 2991575-7 (hereinafter referred to as the online store) sells products to private individuals in Finland. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include VAT.

Ordering

Products are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is placed by paying for the items in the cart via the online store’s checkout. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, the product prices, and shipping costs. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation includes the ordered products and the price.

Payment

The payment intermediary for the online store is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay’s online service, and on your bank statement or invoice, the recipient of the payment will be shown as Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy. Visma Pay forwards the payment to the online retailer. Payment is secure as all transaction details are transmitted using an encrypted connection, ensuring no third party can view the payment information.

The contract of sale is formed between the customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the sale.

Payment Methods

Through Visma Pay, you can pay using online banking credentials, wallets, credit/debit cards, invoices, or installment plans. The available payment methods are:

Wallets: MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo

MobilePay:
You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled online shopping in the app settings. Payments made via MobilePay will be charged to the card linked to your wallet. If the card transaction fails, MobilePay cannot be used for purchases in the online store.

Jousto Invoice and Installment:
Jousto is a domestic service for fast and secure shopping, intended for individuals with good financial standing. Jousto offers 30 days of interest-free and fee-free payment time. Upon receiving the invoice, you can decide to pay it in full or in installments. With installment plans, you can pay in up to 36 parts, starting from €9.90/month. Jousto installment costs are €3.90/month with an interest rate of 19.90%. Purchases can range between €30 and €3,000. Credit is provided by **Aurajoki Nordic Oy**. Complaints and Disputes

The online store has a statutory liability for defects in sold products. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. Consumers have the right to take any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
